這是一間one bed room flat，出租的房間是原本的客廳，
因為有獨立的房門所以改成一間大寢室，空間很寬敞，
適合professional或young couple。
房子在Angel 和Highbury & Islington地鐵站中間。附近公車站是islington town hall
和 cross street (走路約3~5分鐘)
Angel這邊生活機能好，有超市(Waitrose, tesco, sainsbury)也有傳統市場；交通便利
（很多公車到UCL）。
希望能找到長租一至少年的樓友，不抽煙。
房租810 /per month (Bill excluded, council tax may apply)。

Looking for flatmate from July 2014 onwards.
The flat is located just behind Islington Town Hall on Upper Street, with
excellent transportation links with less than 1 minute to the nearest bus
stops. The nearest tube stations are Highbury & Islington (approx 5 mins
walk) and Angel (approx 10 mins walk).
The area is great to live in as you have easy access to several supermarkets
(including a Chinese one 10 mins away) and also plenty of restaurants.
The flat is a one bed flat where the living room has been converted into a
second bedroom. You will be sharing the flat with me (girl working in canary
wharf). I am looking for someone to take over the room for at least 1 year,
non smoker and no pets.
The rent is 810 per month (excluding bills).
