You may be angry, Aries. And you may have every right to be angry.
In fact, anyone who knows about a difficulty you have been going
through would probably say that you should be angry, or that it is
at least understandable.
But that doesn't mean it's a positive emotion for you to maintain.
It does not mean that it's okay to stay angry. If you really want
things to get better in your life, you need to let it go. Forgive
if that's what you are feeling. But even if you don't feel that
you can forgive yet, you do need to free yourself from it. Give
yourself permission to be free.
哩美宋,羊仔。你可能也確實有理由可以生氣。事實上,任何知道你所
經歷的困難的人都會說你應該生氣,或著至少可以理解你。
但這不代表你抱持的是一種正面的情緒。也不代表你應該保持在生氣的
情緒之中。如果你想要讓你的人生變得更好,就要學會放下它。可以的話試
著去原諒吧!就算你不覺得你能原諒,也要讓自己從生氣的情緒中掙脫。允
許自己解放自我吧。
