You are trying to convey an important point to someone, but you are not
getting through. You may feel inclined to talk louder or more emphatically.
You may want to try a different way of saying what you have to say.
But you may be missing the problem. It may be that you aren't getting
through because you aren't listening well enough.
If you take the time to listen, you may figure out what's missing more easily,
and then your communication will be clear and effective.
