想請問一下不知道版上是否有人有遇過這問題
美國CBP提到 (http://tinyurl.com/h2blawg)
若是攜帶 >10,000USD 的 Money and Other Monetary Instruments 需要進行申報
而在Monetary Instruments裡面有一個negotiable instrument，
如果我今天去香港匯豐開了一張即期匯票，payee是我自己，背面留白，是否要申報呢?
還有美國海關的另一個網頁上又有提到 (http://tinyurl.com/z5amxwm)
讓我感到很疑惑的是這段
" Monetary instruments that are made payable to a named person,
but are not endorsed or which bear restrictive endorsements
are not subject to reporting requirements "
這是否也就代表著如果我在背後加注
"For deposit only to the account of (My name)" 就不需要申報了呢?
因為在網路上看到有人說D/D是需要申報的，有些人說不用，
不知道是否有版友有經驗呢？或是說我有什麼地方觀念是錯誤的呢？
