Bud Norris has been scratched from Tuesday's scheduled start against the
Orioles.
Norris hasn't been traded, but the Astros don't want to put him out there
with various discussions on the table. It's highly possible he'll be moved
before Wednesday's non-waiver trade deadline. Lucas Harrell will start in his
place Tuesday.
