在前三局被敲兩支全壘打後，MASN Orioles的討論區都是質疑Chen的聲音，今天前三局的
確是被對方局局得分，不過感覺不至於到無法控制的程度，Chen今天的投球節奏也相當快
，加上對方投手也是，我記得Chen約一小時左右就結束第五局的投球，看了一些球迷的評
論讓我覺得他們太過苛責，以中段先發的角色Chen的表現中規中矩也可圈可點，往年讓人
比較擔心的局數問題今年到目前為止都不錯。
Markakis離開之後有時鎮守外野的Young有時對球的判斷都有些小瑕疵，體態的關係也導
致他移動速度較慢，記得今天光芒打者將一球打到右外野界外，有三個人同時衝出去，分
別是守一壘的Davis、守二壘的Flaherty以及Young，看轉播感覺Young是最有機會接到球
的，結果最後碰到球差點接到的是Flaherty，Davis也比Young更接近球的落點。
一些討論串內容，有些評論是在比賽打到後段之前留的，可能比較不客觀：

沒有打線支援的歷史又在Chen身上重演，加上他為了失投付出代價，不過還有機會，我們
能以四比三將比賽拿下。
This looks like a designated loss line up, even against this goof with a 6+
ERA and no major league stuff, because Chen is pitching batting practice
against an awful Tampa line up. Our lineup may look like a designated loss
line up, but that is the best Tampa has to offer, a line up with only one
major league quality hitter. Somehow, Chen has given up two HRs to these
scrubs. Fortunately, Chen will take his batting practice show elsewhere next
year, and we will be able to stop pretending that he is an anchor in a
pitching rotation.
今天的打線看起來就像是替補群，即使面對對方自責分率超過六沒有大聯盟球質的投手都
沒有發揮。而Chen面對糟糕的光芒打線投得像打擊練習。我們的打線或許像是由替補球員

Slightly harsh assessment of Chen. On a playoff contending team, he's a
serviceable 4th or 5th starter. Wins more than he loses, and frankly, with
consistent run support would be more successful. But as a Bor@$$ client,
definitely not going to be worth the asking price in the offseason. Another
team can overpay for his services.
這樣的批評對Chen來說太苛責了些，以一支為季後賽競爭的隊伍來說，他是一能提供穩定
表現的四、五號先發。勝場數優於敗場數，如果球隊給於他的支援足夠他會顯得更成功，
但由於他是Boras的客戶，在球季後結束後得到的報價一定不會值得，只能靠一支能夠提
供超出他表現水準價碼的球隊收留他。
We don't have a comparable LH starter in our system. Chen has been consistent
for the most part (better than 2 of our starters). Unless he crashes this
year or Boras demands are unreasonable, we need to spend some money to keep
him.
我們隊上沒有一個能與他相較的左投，比起另外兩位先發，Chen大部分的表現都很穩定，

If Boston paid a mediocrity like Porcello $82M over four years, what is Chen
worth? He is not appreciably worse than Porcello. In fact, he might be
better, though that is not saying much. Chen will not be worth what some team
will pay him.
如果紅襪可以提供一個平凡投手Porcello四年8200萬的合約，你覺得Chen值多少錢？他不
