Ramos exited the Rays' 19-6 win over the Twins on Saturday with left
hamstring tightness and told reporters that he will miss the All-Star Game
and expects to go on the disabled list. The 28-year-old Perez will replace
him behind the plate as part of his sixth consecutive trip to the Midsummer
Classic. He has started each All-Star Game for the AL dating to 2014. Indians
catcher Yan Gomes was added to the AL roster to fill Ramos' spot.
