我自己在社會乙組投球也會宣告 滿壘或是三壘有人 想開放式就喊出來 然後裁判收到?
怎麼中職這些資深裁判最後.....

5.07a2附則是哪個?告知的時機?那是固定式姿勢用揮臂式他第二球根本沒用固定式姿勢啊 直接揮臂式姿勢哪要告知

因為羅昂這個情況跟5.07a2這條完全無關可能不懂規則的被主播講錯跟第一篇翻錯帶風向吧

哪條規則？都有裁判證了把規則條文寫出來不難吧？
