伊東千奈美 (1996年12月1日)是日本的前AV女優。靜岡縣出生 ，是CRUSE旗下的女優。
2015年9月，與MOODYZ簽約專屬女優，出道。
在唸東京都的私立大學時，被AV星探發掘出道，初體驗是高中三年級的時候。
興趣與專長是散步、料理。在日本以伊東千奈美為藝名。
剛出道時胸部是C罩杯。但靠著喝豆漿與按摩2017年時己經是F罩杯伊東否認自己有隆乳，
