關於二，你的理解上有錯誤，英文規則是這樣敘述:
If a player gains serveral favors during the same phase
(for instance, during a count or when the monument is built), the
favors must be used on different lines.
基於這個敘述，它是同一個phase內，多個favors不可以重複，
也就是你combo達成的新favor，因為在同一個phase內，所以不可以選已經選過的線。
