You may feel that you have an obligation to a certain person in your life,
Moonchild, and maybe you do. Perhaps this person helped you at a time when it
was critical, and you are someone who always honors the kindness of others,
and returns the favor when you can. You owe this person respect, kindness,
and honesty - and that last point is critical. If you are feeling overextended
now yourself, then it might be difficult to help someone else. Just explain
that it isn't that you don't want to help, because you do, but right now it
isn't possible. Offer your help for the future.
