There may be a thought you just can't let go of. It may center around a
perceived failure, or around some fault you believe you have. When you
entertain this thought, it causes you to like yourself a lot less. But
dwelling on something negative, unless you can somehow change it, is not
productive or healthy. In fact, you should be doing the opposite. You
should spend more of your time thinking about your successes, your
positive traits, your integrity, and your other finer qualities. Let go of
