Someone wise might tell you to choose your battles carefully when you're
dealing with a difficult person. Causing too much of a rucks when things
are going wrong could get you labeled as a nitpicker or a troublemaker,
even though you are not. Something you are involved with now, Cancer - and
perhaps even are in charge of - may have a lot of little problems
associated with it because someone isn't doing their job or isn't
fulfilling their obligations. But to achieve the vision you have, things
must be done right. Don't walk on eggshells. Speak up.
