Roma announced they have activated clauses to buy Edin Dzeko, Mohamed
Salah and Iago Falque permanently.
The trio were signed on loan with option to buy from Manchester City,
Chelsea and Genoa respectively.
Towards the end of a multi-page financial statement released by the
Giallorossi this evening, there was mention of future transfers.
It pointed out that these players were "at first signed on a temporary
basis, transformed into definitive transfers after planned contractual
conditions were met."
This suggests the option to buy was activated after a certain number of
appearances for Roma.
