Kasey Palmer has signed a new contract with Chelsea and is continuing his
development by returning to Huddersfield Town on loan.
Palmer's new contract at Chelsea commits him to the club until 2021, and
he will now experience his first season as a Premier League player.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder, who joined our Academy as an
Under-16, played a significant part in the Yorkshire club's promotion from
the Championship last season.
He made 27 appearances and scored five goals and although injury ruled him
out for a period in the second half of the campaign, he returned in time
to come on as a substitute in their play-off final win over Reading.
