We understand that your unexpired Neo Premium Contract(Basic): 20 Day is missing
We would like to inform you that we will be replacing your Neo Premium Contract (Basic) with a Neo Premium Contract (Plus) of the same duration after the next scheduled maintenance. Also, please know that the schedule of the next server maintenance may change without prior notice.
For the meantime, we will be placing this ticket On-Hold until this issue has been resolved.

看起來的確蠻有誠意要幫我升級契約
但要等下次維修…
這段時間我身上還有達人跟霸王契約(雖然都是打到的)
到時候其他契約可能就先過期了 zzz
不過基本上看起來效率還不錯
