有意重啟「海選機制」，海選發言人的台北市長柯文哲，今在臉書上發出「we want you
」的海選徵才文，強調要徵用一名主任研究員，2名聘用研究員，1名約僱人員，薪水最高
每月5萬8858元，最低也有3萬1175元，呼籲大家「一起早起七點半開會」。

台北市長柯文哲近日再辦海選，要招募包括北市府發言人、機要幕僚等5職務，九合一選
戰時期的海選發言人蔡峻維則已經被前立法院長王金平挖角。王金平挑戰初選除了顧及傳
統支持者，空戰方面也瞄準年輕族群，特別挖角台北市長柯文哲在九合一大選時浩大舉辦
海選的競辦發言人蔡峻維，想要籌組年輕團隊，力拚坐上總統寶座。
柯文哲去年底九合一大選時大膽啟用新人，競辦TEAM KP浩大舉辦海選招募幕僚。當時海
選光報名人數就高達千人、最終只有13人錄取，錄取率不到1%，柯辦發言人寶座則由政大
畢業、25歲的蔡峻維出任。
蔡峻維在柯團隊除了擔任發言人外，也負責柯文哲跑遍全台的行動競總園遊會，以及柯粉
印象深刻、柯P化身「簽唱歌手」的勝選感恩簽唱會等活動策畫。除了選戰期間，選後也
無酬幫忙包含台中簽書會、228一日雙塔等多項活動，工作項目從活動發想、企劃、籌備
、主持甚至到維安等。
據了解，王金平看中年輕人創意，也肯定蔡峻維在柯團隊活動策劃能力，這次借將他擔任
新聞輿情組組長兼文宣活動組組長，盼能借重長才打造不一樣的「王金平」。據透露，蔡
峻維在王金平團隊內籌組的文宣部成員還有前柯幕僚，平均年齡在30歲以內，日後將負責
王金平的文宣、媒體聯絡及記者會等新聞事項，要透過年輕人的視野，舖穩王金平的總統
路。

paving his road to the incandescent future.

Who is 蔡峻維? I don't know... He has not done anything good enough to catch
