These days I had tried to design several simple games by using Unity language.
Such as snack, teris, shoot the balloons, catch the coins, jump the fire
circle, breakout clone, play ping-pang.
These games are easy to develop the program projects by using most program
languages, some sample programs of them are easy to gain on the internet,
teaching books, computer programming courses.
For the beginners of programming designs, these resources are useful for them,
today we could watch the teaching videos on Youtube, implement the sample
programs step by step, we don't even spend any money to learn a program
language by self-study.
So now is the age of information explosion, we must to grasp these useful
tools for our learning.
Because I had go through the training of program design in the university
courses and previous jobs, I have enough ability to learn a new program
language by self-study.
Unity is famous game engine for design the games, the designer don't need to
know more about physical movement, collision detection, and game management.
It provides many easier functions and methods to implement them,
so it is easy to learn for beginner, even though they have no experiences
of program design before. And Unity provide cross-platform development for
designer to build the executable files on browser, mobile phones, etc.
I am also a beginner in Unity, so many basic concepts and design methods
I am not familiar yet, I feel that I have long way to go in the future.
Now I am planning to do more simple games in the first, it would cultivate my
basic design abilities, and then do some more complex projects to improve
the design skills. In the future, maybe I have the opportunity to design
the mobile applications for sale.
