Give a few examples:

will get more resources. Some people keep their energies and wait for others
to open up their way. When the roads are connected to the town, they take
the opportunity to occupy the town.
(2) Some people will open the roads and cut back, they prevent others from
connecting, if others want to connect, they need to spend extra energies.
If it is a secondary road, then it doesn't matter. But they still do it
on the main road, which the road is connected to the next boss.
They just want to get more resourcs, so they don't consider teamwork.
(3) Each boss has a certain amount of HP, it needs a group of people to
give him damage to accumulate. When the BOSS's HP is becoming to zero,
the last person to kill the BOSS could get an advanced city.
Even if a player causes the highest cumulative damage to the BOSS,
he may have nothing in return. This caused some people to specifically

they wait for the BOSS to be killed, and quickly occupy the town ahead.
Others who responsible for beat the BOSS, they can only stare because
they have no energies.
(5) Because of the activity has poor design, someone who fight half of
some towns, others can occupy halfway. This caused some people to waste
their physical energy in vain.
(6) An official behavior that seriously affects the gaming experience.
Two or three days after the activity started, they fixed some bugs with
abnormal injuries. One hero could cause an unusually high amount of damage
to the BOSS. Because there is relavant information in the test suit.
So some people spend money to choose the hero, and choose the department
