要控制情緒和能量，隨時保持在最佳狀態，不是一件容易的事情。每天一早起來會先盤點
當天需要完成的事情，有些是例行的超碼心法、心得撰寫和《細講弟子規》閱聽，有些是
需要花大量精神思考的辦公室事情，以及家事的處理。
今天週二是發書日，抽時間做完老闆交辦事情後，發覺結緣書和DM尚未完全整理好，趕著
出門和姐姐碰面前還想做瑜珈拉伸筋骨。看似眾多的事情推疊起來，頓時感到頗有壓力，
但隨即轉念告訴自己不要急，專心去一件一件地完成。
內心一篤定，壓力全消。做事的順序稍做調整後，到目前為止該做的事情竟然已經完成大
部分。身體奔波的疲累洗過澡後消除一空。現在可以感受到身心靈合一時的強大韌性，控
制了情緒就能相當程度蓄積能量，支持一天的活動所需。超碼的訓練和考驗每天都在發生
，今天的成績不錯，可做奪標的自我獎賞。

1. 今天在街上發結緣書遇到幾位特殊人物，只能說是太陽公公的安排，讓有緣人相遇
。薛永定是位在台塑大樓上班的帥氣年輕人，以媛剛出家門就遇到他中午飯後在門前巷子
散步，素昧平生但願意停下腳步了解「擁有愛 幸福吉祥人間現」的節目和超碼結緣書。
陳家虹是我們超碼人在街上偶遇，非常興奮，她也接引人參加演唱會，志同道合，感覺真
好。施博豪是一貫道親，妻子接觸超碼並參加過幾次演唱會活動，鼓勵他全家參加現場演
唱會。遇到剛下課的癌病友，匆忙接下幾本結緣書和DM離去，說應該很多癌病友同學需要
，留下電話給她，就看她能否掌握這次接上超碼金線，可能從此遠離癌病的難得機緣了。
這些巧遇看似偶然，並非偶然。
2. 感恩姐姐為了一瓶面霜特地平鎮到台北交給以媛，舟車勞頓，讓以媛非常心疼又感
動。但多一次機會共享豐盛午餐，再話家常，也是一大樂事。
