修行既是生活的一種態度，在紅塵中分秒間行住坐臥的起心動念、言行舉止都是修行的材
料。越來越體悟到隨時有意識地保持覺知，細查自己「為與不為」的狀態和內在的原因，
總是往利他，或至少利己利人的方向走，應該不會有大錯。若能加入愛與感恩及祝福的潤
滑劑，就更能有溫暖順暢的人際關係，使生活沉浸在愉悅的氛圍中。此其間，去我執、去
五毒、去習氣是修身和止漏的手段，只有這樣才能更為自然地表現愛與感恩和祝福。就這
樣日復一日，修行於無形中，每天快樂地生活。
既然是這樣，為什麼許多人修成一個苦瓜臉?不論在宗教或身心靈的團體中，總會看到自
律嚴謹、一絲不苟的人，在團體中頗受人敬畏，但內心並不快樂，有時還表現出不假顏色
糾正後學的態度，與周圍的家人親友甚為疏遠。太陽盛德導師曾提醒，修行不能患得患失
。謹守初衷，並用以對照當下的生活境有無遠離初衷，去做必要的調整歸正。坦然接受尚
未完全去除的習氣和執念，接受自己的不完美，為一些些的成長進步喝采，這不是姑息，
而是給自己一點空間讓身心保持健康和平衡，可以持續維持正向能量，建立信心，累積小
成以增長厚度。
這種積極卻不著急，始終堅持簡單、快樂的修行態度，可以避免想要速成而起的外求之心
，或到處求道莫衷一是，不會落入自己設下的走火入魔的陷阱。因此，在超碼系統中的14
項功課，各種角度的方法和工具都在其中，軟硬兼施、內外雙運，真的是在紅塵中最為平

1. 每次向天圓機構訂結緣書，備註「煩請協助送上四樓」，內心既感恩又愧對物流公
司的送貨人員。如果當天以媛在家，會自己搬一箱上樓，氣喘吁吁。今天早上已經上班，
先生有事出門。先生回家時赫然看到四箱結緣書排在四樓樓梯間，表示送貨員商請鄰居開
了大門，也盡職送到門口，真的好感恩。
