在做「愛與感恩」心法時，腦海中湧現一個意念，就是生活中不論順逆都感恩，因為不論
好壞都其來有自，都與自己過去的種種作為和際遇有關，今生因緣成熟顯現出來。既然如
此就坦然面對，該怎麼做就怎麼做，好好做，圓滿做，不要再造新的惡業，心念就在一次
一次的生活境中逐漸淨化，言行也能逐步調整歸正。
做完心法趕緊記錄下剛才的感受，內心覺得非常踏實、安住，有所依託。此時不禁在想，
太陽盛德導師要求學員每天做「心法潛修步驟一二三」及其他必要功課，真是用心良苦，
這的確是在紅塵中最簡單又不勞苦的修行方式，絕對可以培養篤實紮根的正知正見，而且
知行合一、內外兼具。「持之以恆，長期薰修，用心領受、徹底調整、誠懇修行」。要完
全遵從導師所言的修行原則，就看個人的決心和造化。每天在「做太陽靈驗轉運法」時，
就會仔細思考每一句話的意義，哪裡尚未徹底調整。這種修行功夫考驗人的心性，以媛告
訴自己堅持這個基本原則，老實如法實修。
01/23「太陽靈驗轉運法」第18輪第25日
1. 周振嘉教授因為自己在家做各種冷榨油，包含亞麻仁、黑芝麻、紫蘇、南瓜子、黑
種草、木鱉果等，作為日常三餐的沾醬或早晚喝入少許，幾個月下來充分改善膽固醇及血
糖等慢性疾病的指數，介紹太極拳班的同學們參考。也找到一家和學校研究專案有關的榨
油作坊，可以榨出較為大量的冷榨油，附上每種油品的營養成分和食用功效，非常感恩。
2. 年關將近，朋友圈中的飯局增多，在忙於公事、家事和超碼事之餘，其實沒有多餘
的心力和興趣參加應酬。但是想到可以趁便廣傳超馬，至少分享結緣書也是很好的時機，
隨之轉念非常感恩有此機會，可以一次集合許多對象廣傳愛與感恩的訊息。
