今晚有幸導讀《幸福跟著來》3-16「秘密傷人」段落時，有很大感觸。回想過去周圍的同
事經常喜歡告訴別人某些事情，又要別人保守秘密。不論那件事情是關於第三者或是自己
的，最後總會被另外的人知道，對自己或他人造成傷害。大部分的人都很難替自己或別人
保守秘密，總想告訴別人，把內心的壓力卸掉而讓別人分擔，此時就別指望對方會守密，
因為對方也要宣洩壓力。
以媛自己的個性是從不喜歡聽別人說長道短，尤其是「秘密」，知道這些經常都是日後橫
生是非的主因。觀察也有少數人有類似態度，通常根本拒絕聽別人的「秘密」，因為通常
都是沒有營養、沒有價值的事情。若真在無意間聽到了，也因為事不關己，不清楚其中的
來龍去脈和可能牽扯的因緣果報關係，不必也無從評判對錯好壞，就如過眼雲煙般在記憶
中消除，此時也就沒有所謂保守秘密」的需要，因為早已放掉。

1. 感恩同事小楊分享他如果與老闆間對某件事情有不同看法，尤其是牽涉到工安疑慮
時，他會如何因應。三四月時電廠棚架施工期間經常下雨耽誤工期，老闆為了追趕進度催
促工班開工。但因為天雨，房舍頂棚濕滑會有工安風險，小楊基於安全考量違背老闆指令
，對領班說一切遵照工安規定，所有責任他來承擔。事後婉轉向老闆報告並提醒，若不按
規定在潮濕狀況下在頂棚施工，發生工安事故公司完全無力承擔任何賠償，老闆雖然心急
如焚也只能勉強接受。相信他也會感謝小楊盡到幹部的責任，即使和老闆意見不合，仍然
做出正確的判斷和抉擇，避免日後可能的風險損失。這樣的事例也建議給廠長，做為他與
老闆互動時進退拿捏的參考。
