記得看到師父太陽盛德導師針對「抽離」的練習有一段話，是以媛過去不曾留意，現在卻
如獲至寶，想要好好練習。當我們面對一個生活境，想要理出當中的頭緒，先讓自己抽離
情境，用一個毫不相干第三者的視角看這個剛剛發生的事件和其中的各個情節，就可以客
觀地從中找出會有某個問題發生的根由原因。這樣的抽離練習可以應用到一天前、一週前
、一月前、一年前等等不同時期曾經發生的某件事，盡己所能回憶當時情境的種種細節，
將自己抽離後以旁觀者角度梳理其中來龍去脈，就容易找出可能忽略的原因或主觀意識不
願意承認的根由。這種練習也很適合成為探究點對點或一對一的懺悔心法，甚至可能在不
經意下跳出前世埋藏的某個事件，有助於釐清並償還前債。感恩導師提供這麼清楚又簡單
的方法來界定需要懺悔事件的真正根由。
感恩華樓學長也建議了另一段在《因果密碼》中「知止轉念遂得安定心」，針對「離開現
場，換一個局」的方法，可以藉由抽離現場，避免心隨境轉，產生一連串不良的效應。兩
種「抽離」目的不同，在生活境中都可以練習並實證其中效果。真好。
