颱風過後天氣仍然悶熱，早晨出門練習太極拳後中午又發了一輪結緣書。途中有諸多考驗
，最為明顯的是過街時等紅綠燈的車水馬龍聲音、那如「天長地久」的等待，及在室內外
聞到的週邊氣味。此時特別明顯地感受到「五官」接收「五塵」的各種好壞訊息與氣場，
自己內在反應的「五識」可以顯示是如如不動或心隨境轉。
以媛注意到自己似乎對周遭人事物看成中性的呈現，沒有忽略，但也沒有進入腦海，如同
河面泛舟，船過水無痕。平日趕時間，等待交叉型人行道的紅綠燈，會覺得特別不耐，因
為總要兩三分鐘以上。今天同樣趕時間練拳，老遠看到行人穿越燈號剛剛結束，表示要等
待很長時間，非常訝異自己竟能安心默念「感恩四句偈」，好整以暇地站在悶熱的路口等
待。
進入板橋三鐵共構車站，坐在一處有台階的展示物前，閉眼歇腿。突然聞到一陣難聞的狐
臭味，原來前面坐著一位女生。因為不想立即離開，也就靜下心轉念，味道不再刺鼻，自
己似乎融入周圍環境，感受到站內冷氣的照拂，升起幸福感。此刻特別體會到境由心轉，
萬法唯心造的道理。
07/27「太陽靈驗轉運法」第23輪13天
1. 最近一個多月先生和女兒一家及大姑各自出國休假和探親，家中只有以媛一人，今
天是倦鳥們歸巢相聚的第一個周末，免不了一起吃個晚餐，話著家常及海外見聞。此時特
別珍惜在這樣的亂世，家人還有閒情及餘裕做些自己想做的事情，也提醒家人多付出，少
抱怨，常抱感恩之心。
