在「太陽靈驗轉運法」小群共振下半場的時段，導讀《幸福跟著來》3-24助人亦是自助，
太陽盛德導師提到：「很多人修行到某個程度，很容易進入誤區，為了避免因果，而期望
一種「互不相欠」的狀態。….為了互不相欠而拒絕別人的好意，的確不會為自己累積因
果，卻也失了善緣。這種心理會導致修行偏離方向，因而難以達到修行所追求的圓滿。」
這段話語讓以媛更加篤定相信「因果和善緣」之間是互不相斥的。平日發自內心，自然地
說好話、做好事去結善緣，不會想要累積甚麼功德或者得到甚麼回報，這些心念都過於複
雜。既然自己有這樣結好緣的心態，又為何要拒絕別人出於善念的幫助?不管是否主動請
求，當我們接受別人的施予或協助，一有機會就加倍回饋；但我們對別人幫助或給予方便
，根本不放在心上，別人若要回饋返還，只要合理也欣然接受，不矯情，不計較，讓大家
都在一種感恩與愛的氛圍中，互助合作，相處愉快。即使有「業」，也以善業居多，念頭
中不會想到功德，一切簡單化。
經由昨天「去我」遊戲的洗禮，知道人際交談中不涉及「你、我」的表達，避免可能引發
的分別心和二元對立，是多麼地困難。以媛發覺遊戲結束後，大家又依然故我，一段話中
穿插了多少個「你我」，可能根本沒有在意了。以媛提醒自己覺察與人交談時的心態、專
注於自己說話的內容，傾聽對方的談話，抱著「活在當下」的態度，是避免再造惡業的方
法。

1. 因為較晚下班，大約8:40左右還在內湖的捷運上。怕來不及到家開機上Zoom會議室
，趕緊告知麗珠、玫嫣和月嬌，需要延後10分鐘，或者指示看如何因應。非常感恩即時應
