昨天的異常生活經歷，經過今天的彌補不足，似乎已經回復正常。不同於往日的週二，一
早去到辦公室補回昨天未完成的工作，內心有了踏實的感覺。在每日超碼功課之外，也在
準備法布施的素材。以媛因此有深刻的感受，就是不要追悔過去的不當，趕快檢討問題根
源，努力改善，不要再製造未來可能的問題，是在生活中修行最起碼的態度和實踐。
上面的生活際遇和體會雖然是個人內省後修正的心智成長，但主要的啟動刺激還是來自於
和「外界」人事物接觸互動後產生的種種好壞、是非的二元判斷，不是自己獨處修行就能
接觸到的，這是紅塵修行最大的挑戰，也是最有效的功夫試煉場。如果要解決矛盾衝突，
就不能固守自己的想法為「是」，別人的就「非」，才不會落入「我執」的陷阱。
「我執」確實會造成紅塵各面向的各種問題，展現在慳貪的性格、惡性的行為、瞋罣的習
氣、怠惰的因循、散亂的思想、愚痴的認知上。如果沒有修行，又如何能調整且止漏培
德?佛家的布施、持戒、忍辱、精進、禪定和般若，是「六度」的方法，慢慢體會和練習
應該可以逐漸進入狀況。但在「超級生命密碼系統」可以運用太陽盛德導師教導的最簡單
方法，假以時日也能獲得同樣火候。就是懺悔發願、愛與感恩及太陽心法，真是神奇呀!

1. 感恩先生以最快速方式處理了車子，還將車上的諸多雜物拿回家做了整理。
2. 永豐銀行南港分行的櫃台小姐協助以媛做了超過十筆狀況複雜的匯款，花了近半個
鐘頭的時間，還是非常耐心，始終保持著笑容，不急不徐、正確無誤地作業，顯然訓練有
素，非常感恩。
