而動了「八風」中聽好話的虛榮之心。這讓以媛覺得實修的超碼人都好可愛，隨時可以在
不同的境中覺察自己起心動念的變化，而能有所掌握，守住自心，不會隨著風一般的「利
益、衰敗、毀謗、名譽、稱讚、譏諷、苦事、樂事」，暫時性的「境界」現前而生起計較
、執著、憂慮、得意等等的情緒變化，牽動後續諸多可能的業。
張萌的分享和以媛今天研習的蔡禮旭老師在《細講弟子規》提到「小時了了 大未必佳」
，有類似的參悟。人因為有某些優點或表現出色而受到讚揚和掌聲，自然產生欣喜的情緒
反應；但若習慣於別人的掌聲和讚許，可能助長傲氣，聽不得一點逆耳忠言，終將埋下苦
果的種子。真所謂「禍兮福所依 福兮禍所伏」，福禍相互依存，有智慧的人會「聞譽恐
　聞過欣」，不會讓自己陷入「聞過怒　聞譽樂」的無明中。這也提醒以媛在和小五及小
二的外孫互動時，只誇獎德行，不再針對他們的穿著、考試成績、運動等等外表或才能的
表現來讚美。

1. 最近生活步調較快，每天的活動排得滿檔，疏於將視覺看往遠方。今天一早去上班
，在南港軟體園區走向路邊的楓樹拱廊前，望向天空，看到蔚藍又明亮的色彩，陽光穿過
楓樹的空隙，在地上形成細碎的光影，非常可愛。大自然默默呈現各種美景，路人視而不
見，面無表情。感恩以媛打開心門接收太陽公公的陽光動能和天地蘊藏的訊息，瞬間感到
備受祝福。
