太陽盛德導師在今晚的志工會議上所講的一番話，特別敲進以媛的心，也和今天的《超級
生活密碼》導讀內容相應。體悟到導師要求超碼志工100%自我鞭策、自我期許，做到「有
所為，有所不為」，不能有一絲一毫的姑息，認為有做，有進步就好了。結果該做的，沒
有完全做好、做足；該去除的，仍然留個尾巴，不夠徹底，或者沒有完全解決；不該做的
，老是再犯，成了「職業懺悔手」。這些都是修行的基本盤，越紮實就越能明心見性。在
生活中因為合於做人處事的規範，不會輕易造身口意業；在生命中也因為奠定了好的基礎
，順天應人而與天地共振，獲天地祝福。
針對《超級生活密碼》讀者21提問，導師在解析中提到，修行過程中若想進一步得到更高
階的「特別的法」，必須自問是否已經準備好最基本的功夫。如果仍有習氣未除，仍有遺
憾未解，仍有煩惱未斷，表示基本功尚未完全到位，身心靈的振動頻率還未能拉升到某個
位階，冒然修「大法」，宇宙間開始把地球舞台上的頻率增強，自己內在的基礎卻沒有相
對提升，自己這邊就會爆炸。這種不對稱的勉強為之，其實是虛榮、浮誇的心態使然，到
最後誤了自己。只有非常中肯客觀地檢視自己是否「準備好了?」，清楚知道自己的終點
站究竟在哪裡，在生命旅程中的哪一點?即使已經確知了，仍得小心探究，自己認為的終
點站是否真正能究竟，才是重點。

3. 好感恩太陽公公聽到以媛的呼喚，讓手機的餘電可以撐到回家去充電，否則中途沒
電就得被迫下線，再要上線還有不確定性，要費另一番功夫。果不其然，262飛車回到民
生東路，下車後還去送了兩張音樂票，到家接上充電線，餘電只剩1%。內心歡呼：感恩太
陽公公!!
4. 為了準備下周一下午對醫療界導入綠電解決方案正式的發表會，今天整天相關同仁
都動員忙著不同內容的準備。感恩在分工合作下，進展順利，還能即時趕赴台北教室上菁
英會。
5. 今晚菁英會上分享的家人們，各自接觸超碼系統的因緣不同，學習過程中切入的角
度有異，但都有深切的感悟，和導師、超碼及太陽公公都有全然的臣服和奇秒的相應，並
因此而得到保佑和祝福，甚至攸關生命存亡的程度。感恩每一位分享的內容都能讓以媛藉
