週二雖是超碼日，也是家庭日，少不得須要料理幾樣菜餚，補充一些熟食再搭配外購的食
物，可以讓先生三餐正常。經常都是因為以媛想要多做一些超碼相關的事情而忘了時間，
被先生幾經催促，口氣不會很好。以媛也因此被「逼著」打斷工作，起身活動筋骨。其實
要感恩先生，讓以媛不至於「釘」在椅子上過久後動彈不得，同時也為自己要嘛不回話、
要嘛回話不夠柔軟而懺悔。好在最後因為以媛的幾道菜餚合先生口味，心情好了以後主動
洗碗和收拾廚房。
抽時間練習「主持幸福」的課後作業，發覺不如想像中的容易，需要練習好多遍以後才能
抓住聲調、快慢、清晰度等等的重點，而有較平穩且有個性的控場能力。另一個作業的練
習，也一樣需要反覆多遍才能達到正確掌控的目標。這麼專注的練習尚且會疏忽遺漏重點
，在日常生活中對於周遭人事物的觀察無法鉅細靡遺，因此而失去主控的機會，就是必然
的結果了。
今天《生命之光》內容提醒不能濫用懺悔與發願，須要虔誠懺悔並積極行動去落實發願中
的承諾。否則即使負能量暫時緩解對於彼此恩怨的追討，仍然時時監視著。如果有敷衍之
嫌，沒有積極的做為，等同欺騙負能量，反而更容易加速負能量討報速度。以媛內心仍感
震撼，不敢等閒視之。不論是超碼同學家人或以媛自己，都能透過懺悔發願度過重大危機
，迎來轉機，創造下一階段的喜樂人生。以媛汲取超碼家人們的實證經驗，成為自己的資
糧，用來進行生命改造工程，配合「主持幸福」課程學到的方法，主動打造幸福圓滿人生
。

1. 因為忘記告訴先生要買生薑，放在雞湯裡。臨時由以媛自己去到市場買。因為是常
客，需量不多，老闆贈送。但後來以媛怕用量不夠，又加上一小塊，堅持給老闆一些零錢
，算是對老闆的答謝之意。感恩鄰里間有這樣的人情味。
