為了配合先生出國時間和在台應酬時間，也剛好避開「主持幸福」上課時間，家族掃墓從
2/15延至2/22，以為2/15應是主持幸福最後一堂課，沒想到春節及228補班，2/22週六仍
須上課。以媛萬般不願意缺課，但必須配合家族掃墓，心裏已經準備好要請假並申請補課
了。沒想到導師今天說下週六配合拉斯團暫停一次。以為聽錯了，再問同學確認無誤後，
真是喜出望外呀！好感恩宇宙天地巧妙的安排，一切都這麼順心。
導師用「呼風喚雨」很傳神地形容能否「主持幸福」的架勢，能夠在紅塵洗禮下仍然有能
力和生活擾心瑣事拼搏抗衡，自主身心靈，凡事都能得心應手，這得要有相當札實的基本
功，以及大破大立的氣魄和能耐。今天的「主持幸福」課程中，導師更加嚴格要求同學們
展現爆發力，不為自己設限，沒有向上提升的止盡。這樣的期許讓以媛和同學們都覺得任
重道遠，蓄積滿腔熱情去挑戰自己的決心和目標，脫離幼幼班，盡速一步步往高階次第邁
進。
寫完今天的心得，想選擇一首導師的能量歌曲來抒發心情，在歌單中一眼看到「生命禮讚
」，音樂響起的剎那，內心一陣感動；再聽到歌詞非常能體會「人生如戲」，但人身難得
今已得，為了不要浪費今生，還是把握當下，盡力演好每個角色。盡人事聽天命，努力卻
不執著，面對然後放下，讓心常保自在，這些「主持幸福」的基本功，都須要在每天14項
功課中累積修行次第才能夯實。
02/15「太陽靈驗運法」第27輪20日
1. 今天是大女兒返台過年後即將於下週一回美國前的週六家庭聚會時間，少不得做了
一桌菜集合老小吃飯。兩個外孫已經小五和小二，開始有許多個人意見，對桌上菜餚表達
喜歡與否，一定要坐在自己想坐的位子等等。以媛「怡吾色 柔無聲」地說：你們知道「
長幼有序」的意思嗎?老人/大人坐舒服的大位，小孩坐板凳，不能想坐哪裡坐哪裡。他們
覺得奇怪以前不讓他們坐板凳，現在為何要他們坐板凳?以媛說：以前你們小，怕不穩摔
跤，現在你們長大了，好好坐就不會摔跤，因此你們現在坐板凳。大阿姨也在旁邊附和，
兩小乖乖聽話照作。就這樣姑婆不上桌不能開動，兩小拿放碗筷、盛飯等，餐桌規矩尚能
遵守，期望這樣起碼的規範可以延續。
2. 大姑住家的社區庭院中有許多不同品種的茶花，以媛經過時瞥見典雅的紅色茶花，
心生歡喜。又看到兩種別處少見的茶花，非常感動於園丁的慧心，能選擇不常見的茶花，
也讓以媛開了眼見。
