早餐: 3 slices of toast + couple salami + long black + grape seed+ fish oil
午餐: chicken breast + broccoli + carrot + rolled oats
晚餐: 2 grapefruits + 2 kiwifruits + 2 banana + 1 apple + half of avocado
運動: 1 hr + 15 sauna
喝水量: 2000
