好像有很多朋友都跟我遇到一樣的問題,google一下國外鄉民也很多人遇到。
兩天前發生事情之後我馬上寄信給cex.io,客服有回我並詢問我很多關於交易的資料。
我立即回覆了。
昨天,客服回了兩封信給我,簡單來說他們認為不是他們的問題,是區塊鏈上的問題,內
文如下:
第一封:
In case you are facing an issue where you see 'We are unable to locate the
Transaction Hash', then it should be resolved until the end of today, but most
likely it ought to get resolved in 2-3 hours.
Thank you for understanding.
第二封:
If you are facing a problem with 'We are unable to locate the Transaction Hash'
, the matter got resolved from our end. However, there is still something going
on from the side of blockchain which needs to have some things fixed.
The timeframe is unknown, but we suppose this should be handled by them as
swift as possible.
