我想要了解我前幾天照的膝蓋MRI報告的內容，
希望大家能幫我了解：
Impression:
1.
R/O partial tear of anterior cruciate ligament
2.
R/O bulging recess or intra-articular ganglion cyst
in intercondylar notch.
3.
There are linear signal intensity in posterior horn of medial meniscus,
without significant extending into the surface,
Grade 2 intrasubstance signal of posterior horn of medial meniscus.
4.
Joint effusion and patellar plicae.
Hypertrophy of the synovium, indicative of synovitis.
5.
Both medial and lateral collateral ligaments, and lateral meniscus
appear to be within normal.
6.
No evidence of bone contusion is noted.
Suggest correlation with clinical manifestation.

2.
內側半月板到底怎麼了？
3.
什麼組織肥大(hypertrophy)？什麼皺襞(plicae)？
這是什麼意思？是否代表有什麼病變？
4.
髁間缺口(intercondylar notch)是哪？
它出現什麼狀況？
5.
其他韌帶、外側半月板都正常？
6.
因為幾年前ACL撕裂傷，
導致膝關節內側長期有緊緊卡卡的感覺，
這篇MRI報告是否有什麼線索？
