今天去把切除陰囊黑痣的縫線拆掉加看報告，由於在陰囊就由泌尿科開刀加看報告，但醫
生也說不出什麼，就說報告寫什麼增生的。醫生叫我在觀察。我問是良性的嗎，他說沒有
寫癌細胞。

Diagnosis
SCrotum,left,excision, squamous hyperplasia and hyperpigmentation
Description
The specimen submitted consists of 2 tissue fragments measuring up to 0.8x0.2x0.
1 cm in size fixes in formalin.
Grossly,they are gray and firm.
All for section.
MIcroscopically, it shows basal hyperpigmentation and polypoid squamous hyperp
lasia.
我有拿去給皮膚科診所的醫生看，他說報告他也看不懂實際是什麼。
報告不就是跟你說是不是良性的嗎?
有大大可以幫忙一下嗎

沒有癌細胞不就是良性= =?

只是醫生還要我觀察@@醫生說沒寫。但我不知道是惡性的一定會寫嗎

目前沒有惡性變化，要觀察追蹤。

只是已經切除掉了，所以還是要持續觀察嗎
