事實上，設定後一點反應也沒有。
請問有人成功把 bundle 資料夾裝到如 c:\program files\vim\vimfiles\plugin？

Windows的~是C:\Users\<user>\底下吧要改用$VIM."vimfiles"來指定c:\program files\vim\vimc:\program files\vim\vimfiles另外，plugin是vim會看的資料夾，不要放在這裡

vundle對bundle好像是寫死的。既然你說不要放到plugin我就不強求了。能動就好。

應該是目錄權限問題，裝在c:\vim下面就可以了

現在想想的確有可能是權限問題。實在懶得試了。目前乖乖裝在 %appdata%下。
