試把he feels拿掉 如果不影響結構 則為插入語
不過看久了 當看到人+情緒動詞 就會知道是插入語 口語上很常見
he feels的功用只是用來表示會不會提升該公司聲望純粹只是他個人對於未來的臆測
跟形容詞子句無關 跟後面說的那一大串也無關
簡單把他想成跟I mean... you know ... well 這類口語上的口頭禪很像 就可以了
比如如果換成

I mean(I think/you know)....will boost the company'prestige.
有些人講中文也會很多無意義的語助詞 比如:我的意思是...
