一般人都知道 兩個不同主詞寫成一個句子 中間需要一個逗號
例如 I am doing homework, and my mother is cooking in the kitchen.
但如果是在when後面呢?
例如
When the first control switch is turned off without receiving the external
voltage, or the capacitors are discharged, the leakage of electricity is
avoided by switching the main control switch.
請問or前方的逗號要不要刪除 這樣語意有影響嗎?

逗號不刪太長嗎

是說你提到的第一個原則通常也不成立無論是對等連結還是附屬連結，逗號有無加上去對語意影響通常都是沒有基本上加上去都只是因為句子讀起來真的很不方便像是You don't love her, but I do和You don't love her but I do其實語意上是完全等價的，一般人也都看得懂逗號的有無只是語氣跟文風，閱讀感受這種差異而已
