想請問是放關係代名詞that，還是疑問詞作關代的what ，還是都可以？

絕對不能what 因為what前面不能有先行詞that , where都可以因為後面是完整字句。如有錯樓下糾正

這句子其實有點冗長用I think this is the best restaurant in Taipei就可以了不過要填空的話應該是that where是錯的

不是接完整句子就可以用where 這個概念是不對的where後面是要接"在前述地方可以做的動作"e.g. This is a place where we can eat lunch
