我的答案跟解答是一樣的（如下）
Tell me who the boy is standing over there.
但有人覺得答案是下面這樣，
Tell me who the boy standing over there is.
有誰可以告訴我，這兩個哪個是對的？

兩句都可以，不過寫作實務上補語位置不要離修飾主體太遠就好，以這句為例距離其實差不多，所以個人覺得皆可
