因為這邊被當成主詞而不是地方副詞（不知道有沒有這個詞我自己發明的XD） Fritz Center hosts the event 弗氏中心主辦這場活動 所以用that 如果是Fritz Center, wherewe met描述的事件是在「那個地方」發生的 才有where的意思 Taiwan, which is my favorite country... Taiwan, where I was born... 要有「地方」的意義才會用where
