Monk的私人護士Sharona離開他。
Monk在跟他的心理醫生Dr. Kroger抱怨這件事時，
Dr. Kroger跟Monk提到他已經有一段時間沒付醫療費用，
於是Monk大為緊張，憺心Dr. Kroger會跟Sharona一樣離開他。
