but i cant understand what this sentence mean
so may I ask if anyone knows what does he mean?

Well we use prix mostly in gamingto refer some special effect on hit.So he's probably trying to sayeither you are damned good or sucker.(Or both)

it means you got lucky because the on hit effecttriggers everytime you hit him
