And proceeding the internal dialogue while encountering conflicts?
That’s why our intelligent Blisser, Tanya is going to lead us to enjoy such a valuable experience this coming Saturday on 4/22!!!
Without furter delay, visit yourself NOW!
Here is the Introduction by Tanya:
A Practice of solving internal conflict
If we can meticulously focusing on our inter mind, we can find we are actually engaging in the inter conflict perhaps many times a day, and we are so familiar with those conflicts that we don’t even know those are something we can transcend and maybe live a more peaceful life. Thus we will within this weekend trying to practice some processes to deconstruct our ordinary inner conflict through a simple/easy event.
1.Sharing an event when encountering some situation or people (will offer the topic on the meeting).
2.What are the experiences (emotions, feelings, inner thoughts, memories etc.) within the event?
3.Redefine the word for those experiences/situations.
4.Deconstruct the experience/inner conflict.
5.Solving the inner conflict practically.

Barkley shared 3 short stories which inspired us by the following ideas:
1. Everyone on the planet has a story. Don't judge people before you truly know them.
2. In life, things happen around us, things happen to us. But the only thing that truly matters is what happens "within" us.
3. Many times in our lives, life crumples us and grinds us into the dirt. We make bad decisions or deal with poor circumstances. We feel worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. You are special, don’t forget it!
Fast
He also introduced the benefits of fasting(斷食) and shared his own experience with us. Besides, he encouraged us that instead of watching TV or surfing on the internet, we can try to learn some skills, such as repairing things, cooking, doing public speaking, learning a new language, etc.
Then, we watched a video clip as a warm and touching ending.
The song, “You raised me up”, was performed by Martin Hurken. He was an unemployed baker and his daughter signed him up for the TV program "Holland's Got Talent" and he won the final.

Reflections:
Thank Guru Barkley and the participants’ contribution; we understand we should make best use of our time bettering ourselves via self-confidence and skill-practices. How aspiring to hear we are “unique” and how encouraging to know we can make it by simply quitting or decreasing the frequent use of NET or TV!!! We look forward to his next enlightening meeting soon.
