One of my friends said it's the best timing to fall asleep for a insomnia...
He has serious sleeping disorder... and need to take medicine almost everyday,
otherwise he can't sleep...
I'm worried... dont want to be like that... but if I can't keep a "normal and
regular " sleep schedule... how can I live like a normal one...?! or should I
try to get a job which is allowed to work from home.. orz
