9. I don’t need it to go away, however I need to find a way to cope with it.
10. Do Not feel useless/ guilty while you are down.
11. You live so hard right now.
12. It is okay if you didn’t do thing everyday. Keep on trying finding the lo
ve in you life, and if you have energy on doing that, do it. If don’t, just s
tep back and enjoy doing nothing.
* The most important: Love the way you are. Accept yourself. God loves you the
