Esteban Ocon ran over the drain pipe cover and parts of the broken asphalt on
his slow inlap. There was no warning about debris on track. Ocon and Sainz
both need to change the chassis and won't take part in any running today.

賽道問題更換零件要造成零件使用超過額度的話要罰退嗎，還是當成特例下一次更換才會計算然後罰退，不然這很慘欸
