Investor Services Assistant (6 months contract Part-time)

We are looking for undergraduates and graduates to join us as an Investor
Services Assistant. The candidate must be able work at least 32 hours a week
for 6 months, starting from mid to late July 2021. He/she will be coached by
senior professionals in asset management and acquire valuable international
asset management industry practices.

Job Description:
‧ Handle daily administration tasks of Taiwan onshore and offshore funds
‧ Prepare regulatory reports, including but not limited to posting
announcements, NAV distribution and declaring dealing information
‧ Handle queries from stakeholders and clients within a timely and
appropriate manner
‧ Assist in boarding new customers and support dealing matters
‧ Oversee and manage services from 3rd party service providers
‧ Fee calculation and reconciliation
‧ Data mining and preparation of management reports
‧ Cooperate with relevant departments of the company to resolve problems
‧ Support ad-hoc requests from line manager
Job Requirements:
‧ Excellent academic background in business/finance/economics or a related
field
‧ Undergraduates and post-graduate students able to work at least 4 working
days per week, or recent graduates able to work full-time for 6 months,
starting from mid to late July 2021
‧ Securities investment trust and consulting professional (投信投顧業務員)
license is a MUST
‧ Team player, problem solver, well organized and good at time management,
can work under pressure
‧ Strong writing and communication skills in English
‧ Good with Microsoft applications
‧ General understanding of asset management industry is an advantage
