engine for the 05-Aug-2024 trading session at 3:06 AM ET.
Blue Ocean has notified us that all trades executed at or after 1:45 AM ET
will be busted by the exchange. The transaction(s) are in the process of
being removed from the accounts.
We are currently working to cancel all the pending orders.

Blue Ocean 是一家 alternative trading system。你就當是個小間交易所。blue ocean要bust交易，券商也是配合而已，跟你用哪家券商無關，只要你的交易被送進blue ocean就會被bust。最近NYSE也有bust過交易，那個影響還比較大一點。Blue Ocean似乎只開 8PM~4AM ET 的樣子，做非常規時段的生意頂多就一些在盤前買賣的人可能會被bust吧。

如果你的英文程度無法讓你判斷出這是 blue ocean 的問題而非 IB, 也許乖乖用台灣券商比較好？
