如標題，用上傳器上傳就會出現錯誤，
檢視錯誤之後顯示以下訊息:
Upload failed.
* Error type: An error occurred while trying to upload the file: The file
could not be transfered to server.
* Internal info: Error getting root node: DLL could not be loaded:
System.Web, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a
請問我該怎麼做？用網頁上傳實在是速度太慢了，可是上傳器又無法上傳orz
